Use Cases
Competitive roles. When 200 people apply, a generic letter gets you filtered out. A specific one gets you noticed.
Career changes. Acknowledge the transition directly. Make your non-traditional background a strength, not something to hide.
Senior/executive positions. Write peer-to-peer, not applicant-to-gatekeeper. Show strategic thinking in 200 words.
Cold applications. When there’s no job posting, you need a hook. Why them? Why now? Why you?
